YCH Communities received the coveted Gold Nugget Award of Merit for outstanding architectural design for one their remarkable homes at Altura. Each of the homes were designed by James Lind as the designing architect for the world-renowned Bassenian-Lagoni architectural firm who created a warm and bright, naturally lit-interior.
